Pelion's activities

Manager with over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. She specializes in innovation, digital transformation, restructuring, fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration, and the impact of new technologies on business processes within organizations.

In the social sphere, she is a co-founder of Digital University and LiderSHE, organizations that provide education on personal development and future-oriented skills.

In her professional career to date, she has worked for companies such as Exatel, Polkomtel, and Orange. Since 2014, she has been working for Google, where she is responsible for the development of operations in Central and Eastern Europe, including the launch of the first public cloud technology region in Eastern Europe. She currently also serves on the supervisory boards of InPost and Pekao S.A.

She has completed numerous postgraduate studies. She holds an Executive MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and a General Management Program (GMP) from Harvard Business School. She is recognized as one of the most influential women in the technology industry in Poland.

Mark Brzezinski joined Supervisory Board of Pelion on February 1, 2025. 

Mark served as US Ambassador to Poland from 2021-2025. Previously, between 2011-2015, Mark served as the United States Ambassador to Sweden. For his service, Mark was awarded the Royal Order of the Polar Star by the King of Sweden, a high honor rarely bestowed on a foreign ambassador.

 In 2015, Mark was asked by the White House to lead a strategic effort on the Arctic as the first Executive Director of the White House's Arctic Executive Steering Committee. From 1999 to 2001, Mark served in the White House on President Clinton's National Security Council staff, first as a Director for Russia and Eurasia, and then as a Director for the Balkans.

 Mark holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia and a Ph.D. in political science from Oxford University. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), where he sits on the advisory board of the CFR Corporate Program. He was a Fulbright Commission grantee in Poland from 1991 to 1993, and in 2010 was appointed to the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board at the Department of State, which oversees Fulbright and other US government exchange programmes.

Mr. Patryk Borzęcki has been associated with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development since 2003. He is currently responsible for the Bank's activities in 20 countries in Central and Southeast Europe in the corporate sector, focusing on both debt and equity financing projects in sectors such as pharmaceuticals and healthcare, construction and infrastructure, consumer goods and services sales, among others. Prior to joining EBRD, he spent 6 years developing his career in investment banking (Unicredit CAIB, WestLB Panmure) and private equity, where he was a member of investment committees (Innova Capital, Avallon MBO, Resource Partners). The addition of Patryk Borzęcki to Supervisory Board od Pelion S.A. follows the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development's investment in the company's capital in December 2023 and the EBRD's right to nominate one member to Pelion's Supervisory Board.
